Planning in Mesial is free. Each course on the marketplace has a base fee for its listing (€29 excl. VAT), and when you sell a seat, 10 % is added on top of your price – you receive your price in full.

You are the seller. Payments go straight to your account, and you always receive your price.
Example
Your price is 10,000 per seat excl. VAT. The listing shows 11,000 excl. VAT plus VAT. You receive 10,000, Mesial keeps 1,000 and pays the card fees.

- Course planningBudget, tasks and decisions for a course before it is published, for one person or tied to the board or a committee. Free.
- Course hotelsSave the hotels where participants stay, apart from the venue, and pick one per course. Room requests go to the hotel, and the participants rate it.
- ExaminationMultiple-choice exams with a personal link and code, marked on the server, with a time limit, reserve questions and diplomas.
- Terms and catalogueTerms with a manuscript deadline, catalogue texts with review, proofreading, the catalogue as PDF, Word and XML, recurring courses and the lecturers’ details.
- Booking rulesA last day to book, a minimum number with a warning before the decision day, and an early-bird price.
- Attestation and outcomeBudgets and outcomes attested by finance or the approvers, and the outcome by team and term.
- Lecturers’ feesA price list, a suggested fee per lecturer, employer contributions on salary and the fee into the budget.
