Cancel and get your money back

What applies before and after the cancellation date.

Every course has a cancellation date, 30 to 60 days before the start. It is on the course page and in the booking.

If you cancel by that date, you get the whole price back, Mesial's share too.

After the cancellation date you get the money back only for a valid reason, such as illness. Describe it when you cancel; the organizer decides after contact with you and then refunds the whole price. Without a reason the place is cancelled without a refund.

Everything is settled before the money is paid out to the organizer, a week after the course. After that we cannot refund anything.

You cancel on your participant page, where you also see how the refund is going.
