Courses you take through Mesial come into your passport by themselves, with hours confirmed by the organizer's attendance. Courses taken elsewhere you add yourself, preferably with the certificate.

The hours come from the schedule: lectures, hands-on work and discussions, not breaks and meals.

Under Training passport you create an annual certificate as a PDF with your dental and general hours. It has a QR code anyone can check, and you can withdraw it.
