Who sees what, and how long we keep it.

The organizer sees your details as a participant on their courses and is responsible for them. Mesial runs the technology.

If you work at a clinic, you choose how much of your training the clinic may see. Every time a manager looks, it is logged, and you can see the log.

Diet and allergies are kept only with your consent and deleted after the course. Participant details are deleted by the organizer's rules.
