Course hotels

Where your participants stay, apart from the venue.

The venue is where the course is held. A course hotel is where the participants stay. Save your hotels once under Course hotels, with the email for room requests and the price or booking code for the participants. A venue that is a hotel can be saved as one in one step.

On a course’s Communication tab you pick the hotel. Room requests then go to the hotel, the participants see its address and price, and they rate it in the evaluation, so you see the rating next time you pick it.
