Schedule, rooms and workshops

Sessions in several rooms at once, and signing up for sessions.

Under Schedule you plan each day in sessions. Add the rooms under Rooms if several sessions run at once – at a fair, a congress or a course for a whole clinic. Parallel sessions are shown side by side.

Mark that participants sign up for a session, such as a workshop, and give the number of places. Participants sign up on their participant page, one session at a time.

Training hours come from the schedule. Parallel sessions count once, and only for those who were there.
