Cancellations and payout

Cancellation date, valid reasons and payout.

Choose the course's cancellation date, 30 to 60 days before the start. Until then the participant gets the whole price back, Mesial's share too.

After the cancellation date a participant can ask for a refund for a valid reason. You get an email and decide on the course's participants tab after contact with the participant.

You are paid out a week after the course's last day, when the refunds are decided.

On the course’s Participants tab, the payout specification is a PDF: card payments, refunds, Mesial’s fee with VAT, what is paid out and on which day.
